Cardinal Hayes High School announces partnership with Nike, Metro Team Sports

Bronx, NY – Cardinal Hayes High School has entered a multi-year agreement with global apparel brand Nike, through Metro Team Sports. The partnership will make Nike the official apparel brand of Hayes athletics, with outfitting and distribution handled exclusively by Metro Team Sports. Student athletes will compete, train and travel in Nike uniforms, practice apparel and footwear.

Cardinal Hayes first began it’s relationship with Metro Team Sports in 2014. “Since the beginning, Hayes has been a partner that always puts the student first,” said Sal Travaglino, Account Executive at Metro Team Sports. “Now with Nike in the mix, they’ll be able to provide their athletes with the most advanced product and continue building a championship athletic program.”
Hayes fields 15 high schools teams competing in 8 sports within the New York section of the Catholic High School Athletic Association.

Locust Valley, NY – Portledge School has entered into a multi-year partnership with Under Armour through Metro Team Sports, making Under Armour the official apparel brand of the Panthers. 32 teams participating in 18+ sports and activities will compete and train in Under Armour apparel, uniforms and footwear. Metro Team Sports will also serve as the official equipment provider. Mineola, NY – Chaminade High School has entered a multi-year agreement with global athletic-wear brand Under Armour through Metro Team Sports. The Flyers’ 29 teams, participating in 16 unique sports will compete wearing Under Armour team uniforms, apparel and footwear. Bronx, NY – Fordham Preparatory School has announced a uniform and apparel partnership with international athletic outfitter Under Armour, naming the global performance brand as the official outfitter for the Athletic Department and its teams. The new agreement goes into effect January 1st of 2021.
